  • Une commande correspond à un paiement effectué sur la boutique et pas une inscription sur la mailing list.
  • Réception de ma commande :
    • Vous recevrez votre commande environ une semaine après l'avoir passée

Problèmes avec PayPal

  • Si vous rencontrez un problème de paiement avec paypal, contactez David afin qu'il vous transmette nos informations bancaires pour d'autres moyens de règlement.

Achat d'entreprise

  • Si vous achetez le Freerunner par le biais d'une entreprise et/ou que vous avez besoin d'une facture, contactez Julien afin qu'il ouvre un fichier client. Par ailleurs il vous est conseillé de payer par paypal.

  • Subscribing to the (French) mailing list is not considered an order, you need to pay for your order to be confirmed.
  • Order delivery :
    • Delivery is expected between 1 or 2 weeks after passing the order
